Choral Conducting Fellow
Our Choral Conducting Fellow for 2022/23 is Felix Dickenson. Here is his bio:
Born and raised in East Yorkshire, Felix Dickenson is a Bass-Baritone singer, arranger, producer and conductor. He first fell in love with vocal music while a chorister at Beverley Minster and has never looked back. He studied Music at the University of Bristol, specialising in musicology and performance, where he sang with and musically directed as many ensembles and performances as was humanly possible. He graduated with a First at BA and a Distinction at MA. He was selected as one of Sing For Pleasure’s Young Conducting Scholars in 2022.
Felix has recently moved to London, and has previously performed solos in works including Brahms’ Requiem and Bach’s Wachet Auf. He is also active in the UK’s contemporary a cappella scene, recently winning the Solevoci International A Cappella Festival in Varese, Italy, and is also in demand for demo recordings and workshops for new pieces of musical theatre. Alongside his freelance performing, he works in the recording studios at the Royal Academy of Music.

Please ensure you start a method of payment as soon as fees are confirmed at the annual AGM, and well before the Autumn concert.

If you have been paying monthly at the old rate, please pay the balance of £4 per month since August 2022.
If you pay termly and have already paid for the Autumn term, please pay the balance due of £14.

If you are concerned about fee payment, please contact either Cyril Wood, our Treasurer or Glenys Bloomfield, our Membership Secretary in confidence.
